Description of Services

American Loss Consultant provides public adjusting services to help property owners navigate the insurance claims process and maximize their insurance settlements. Our services include property damage assessment, claim preparation, negotiation with insurance companies, and related consulting services.

Engagement Agreement

When you engage our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your property and insurance claim
• Grant us access to your property for inspection purposes
• Provide copies of your insurance policy and related documents
• Cooperate with our adjusters throughout the claims process
• Pay our fees as agreed in your engagement agreement

Fee Structure

Our fees are based on a contingency arrangement, meaning we only receive compensation if we successfully increase your insurance settlement. Our fee is a percentage of the settlement amount, as specified in your individual engagement agreement. You will not owe any fees if we are unable to increase your settlement.

Limitations of Liability

While we work diligently to maximize your insurance settlement, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Insurance claim results depend on many factors, including the specific terms of your policy, the nature and extent of your damages, and the position of your insurance company. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of American Loss Consultant and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
